House Connections From Inside A Sewer ID 1200 mm
The BM 150 DT is a powerful machine for constructing small diameter house connections from walk in Sewer DN 1200 and bigger Due to the fact that the machine can be installed in the Sewer very accurately, there is no need for an expensive guidance system.
Method Of Operation
- After installation of machine and power pack in the collector a core drill unit is used to prepare the start position.
- With the drilling head in the first steel jacking pipe the further pipes are injected one by one until the head reaches its target.
- The head is then unscrewed and replaced with a pulling adapter. Using a specially designed pulling unit the product pipes are pulled in one by one.
- With each product pipe pulled in, a steel jacking pipe is ejected into the collector where it is stored for the next connection thus saving set-up time.
- When the product pipes reach the collector, the connection is completed using a link articulated seal.
